We accept Cash, UPI (all major apps — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS for wholesale and bulk orders. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards at our store. For large wholesale orders, payment terms can be discussed directly with our team.

We don't have an e-commerce checkout system, but ordering is still very convenient. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your requirements — medicine names and quantities — and we'll handle the rest. This also allows us to confirm availability, check for generics or alternatives, and personalise your order. Our WhatsApp is active during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–8PM).

Wholesale pricing typically applies from a minimum order value that we can discuss based on your product requirements. There is no fixed universal minimum — it depends on the product mix and nature of the order. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a tailored quote with wholesale pricing applied appropriately.

The fastest way is to WhatsApp us the medicine name (brand or generic), dosage, and quantity needed. We'll check our stock and reply with availability and pricing right away. We carry 500+ products and most common medicines are in stock. For less common or specialised products, we can often source them quickly through our supplier network.

In most cases, yes. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we can usually source it from our supplier network within 1–3 business days. We'll inform you of the expected timeline.
